- Putting the fuel cap plate and drain valve onto the skin.
The replacement countersink cutter arrived
during the week, so I was able to finish the countersink in the
fuel cap reinforcement ring. I made sure they were deep
enough to received the dimples plus cement.
The fuel drain valve was first, and I managed to do
this with the squeezer. No problems.

Next up was the fuel cap. No problems using
the back riveting method; until I realised I had not put the clip
on for the vent line. Oh $%!^. So I drilled the head off the
correct rivet then got in a mess removing the rivet, well it came
out in the end with no damage. Clip on this time the last
rivet was set.

That's quite enough for today, the ribs are next.
